to verify your pro account as a suite, we require an image of your business license (not your cosmetology license).

alternatively, we will accept a cosmetology shop registration, certificate of registration, establishment license, mini salon license, LLC license, business tax license, registered retail merchant certificate, seller’s permit, vendor’s license, independent licensee licensure, or independent contractor license.
